  • Achieve understanding of company culture and requirements of role/s
  • Conduct a thorough search of the market approaching
  • Approach suitable candidates, confidentially if required
  • Brief candidates thoroughly in relation to the vacancy and recruitment process
  • Screen candidates in line with job description / competency guides provided
  • Introduce successful pre-screened candidates with overview profile and CV
  • Act as a strong ambassador, providing professional advice, impartial recommendations and constructive feedback
  • Deliver a speedy high quality service with close management of all administration
  • Manage all aspects of the client / candidate offer stage
  • Provide regular updates and de-briefs of recruitment activity

 

Our client agrees to:

  • Provide a thorough briefing of the role/s
  • Provide information on budgeted salary / benefits / relocation package
  • Deliver comprehensive information of the company culture, structure, goals and objectives
  • Advise on interview process foreseen for role
  • Communicate any changes in requirements as quickly as possible
  • Communicate if role filled / closed / on hold as quickly as possible
  • Provide decisions on next steps following introduction of candidates
  • Deliver feedback to Active Apparel Recruitment following interview within 48 hours
  • Consult Active Apparel Recruitment in relation to all candidate offers
